This is the Fall 2025 Quarterly β a catch-up issue for September through November. The weekly reports paused, but the school didn't: seven classes started, the community built itself a virtual campus, and the chat rooms filled up with papers, repos and half-working agents.
We made some real upgrades this fall. Course materials moved onto the student dashboard, meeting links and calendar invites now go out per session, and the student handbook is in review. The community side is tk's open-source campus, which got a cyberpunk map, plus a steady run of repos from people who took the agent classes seriously.
Below, in order: what the school launched, the classes that ran, the campus, the things you all built, and the reading list that got passed around.
This issue was assembled by AI from what was shared in Multiverse chat rooms and the school's changelog. Want your piece changed or taken down? Email [email protected] and it's done.
I added a materials section to the student dashboard in September and called it the school's own LMS. Classes you attended get their own section β course materials are gated to the people who were enrolled.
Added in November: no culty shit. Repeatedly skipping skill-building, or running cult-like projects while implying school affiliation, can get you removed.
The classes that ran
Seven classes started this quarter, and I taught all of them.
Claude Model Context Protocol, Sep 9 to Sep 11, 2 sessions. (class page)
Behind the scenes, class meeting links and calendar invites now go out automatically for each session. We also added a Whisper voice transcription endpoint and Matrix cohort rooms for new classes.
The campus gets a cyberpunk map
tk spent the fall building the community's own campus on WorkAdventure at multiversecampus.quest. I called the September 7 push tk's first production deploy β everyone cheer.
On September 14 a community meeting settled a few things: gatherings go on Google Calendar, the campus keeps Multiverse branding, and the community business district is now the Multiverse Bazaar (thank you, Drewby). On September 28 we load-tested the new DataNexus map and tk asked for error reports, with a tip to clear your browser cache if the floor looked wooden. In late October the map repo went up preloaded with cyberpunk tiles.
Since October 20, Drewby has held weekday office hours on the campus, Monday to Thursday, 9 to 10 Pacific, for anyone who needs help getting started or has a question. And the day the WorkAdventure server went down for maintenance, standup moved to Google Meet.
What you built
Repos, gists and one very hard-to-beat CTF server.
Cassidy's working set of Claude Code agents, shared for inspiration β an orchestrator that doesn't write code, and a planning agent that questions every assumption.
“My experience has been that at 50% or less context window everything is awesome, after that you're stepping into hallucination territory.”
raym's step-by-step gist for running LiteLLM models through the OpenAI Agent SDK in Intro to Agents, after I mentioned the setup had changed. He asked people to report back if it worked.
Tiny Recursive Models (arXiv 2510.04871)Lindsey: 7-million-parameter models that match or beat large LLMs on structured reasoning. raym followed up asking how to make your own specialized models.
Three more from the mesh, prompt-engineering and Visual Applications rooms.

A solar node on the balcony
raym put a Seeed solar node on his balcony to extend the Bay Area mesh, following a YouTube guide he found and shared. Friends' roofs are next.
“It's like my personal cell tower except of course it's mesh.”

A Reddit reply bot with an editor in the loop
After the red-team rig and the ComfyUI pipeline, Darren built a multi-stage Reddit reply bot on local models. It triages, researches and drafts, and a human approves every reply. He gave the cohort a show-and-tell.

triage, research, editorial, human approval
“My reddit bot is working reasonably well. Its capturing, triaging, researching, and writing responses.”
